This is just off Mill and dog friendly, all kinds of drink specials and the staff was fast and courteous. I would take a star off for them having this this Naturdays beer, but I did order and I liked it. But I ain't telling.

Good, friendly service. Had the coffee cocktail & the blue drank cocktail. Coffee drink had heavy tequila flavor (made too strong, especially for brunch!). Blue drank was light & refreshing. Would definitely get it again!

Will never go here again. $32 lunch for two...for a burger fries and drink! And we shared the fries! Music way too loud. This place won't be around long. Lunch specials or you will be out of business soon. Go next door to Americana. Better food and environment.

Burger was great. Server was friendly. The place has some pretty lights, a long bar and pool tables too.

My best friend and I decided to make the most of the rainy days and try out the newest bar on Mill Ave: Ted's Refreshments. The atmosphere was really cool and the White Claws are only $3. I got a burger and I really enjoyed it. Next time I'm going for Boozy Brunch!

First time. Only had one drink - it was good. What I liked about Ted’s is that the lighting was good - not LED, tacky, show off the booze under some overly bright tube of bluish lights. The place also didn’t smell like a ton of cleaners... and ( other restaurants, pay attention) was CLEAN. They also have a nice indoor/outdoor bar area. Would definitely go back.

Lauren at the bar is top notch!!! Great service all the way around and skilled behind the scene in the kitchen. As far at the atmosphere, it couldn't get better with games and TVs. One day was not enough time for me. I definitely will be back for the adult coffee, burger and all of the breakfast items.

Excellent staff. The hot wings are top notch! Probably tried half the appetizers on the menu. Great food, great atmosphere awesome bar games (corn hole, beer pong, pool etc). Fantastic experience, definitely worth a try. Bunch of awesome draft beers on tap.

It was ok. Kind of surprised to find their walking taco is just taco toppings piled on top of Fritos.

Ive gone back 4 times since they opened not too long ago. The $5 beer, dog, and shot lunch special is awesome. Service is slow for bar and food, im not sure why it takes 20 mins to get a plain hot dog but nonetheless the dogs are good, theres plenty of games and the staff is nice!

Just had a great lunch at Ted’s Highly recommend for cool atmosphere, games, music and unique bar. Inside or outside. - your choice

Went for Sunday brunch after the Half Marathon. One bartender was awesome, but the other was pouring some bad bloody mary's. Had the bottomless breakfast, and would have eaten more but it took way too long between orders to get more food.

Stopped by on a weekend during an ASU game and the staff was keeping up great with the crowds! Ordered a devil burger and it was delicious, made to order, and a generous size. Will definitely be back!

We stopped by this hidden gem just looking friendly environment to get a bite to eat and kid friendly. Especially with my special needs child. The place was nice open and not over sensory for my child. Music was playing a lot of 80’s which I Love! Waitress was super nice and even got to meet the Bar manager. Food was simple and not overly fancy and priced point was on point. Definitely going back for drinks without the kids 😬

We acted like we were 20 again and went out to Mill 🤪. Found @tedsrefreshments and it was fun. Nice place, lots on tap, really liked our food, and they have pool and beer pong tables, lots of TVs to watch the games. We had a good time during the lunch hour. I could definitely see it packed in the evenings tho. We had the Sun Devil burger and taco salad. Both were very flavorful. Stopped by on a Tuesday night, so it wasn’t too busy. With games like corn hole and beer pong I can imagine this place is pretty busy on the weekends. My fiancé and I ended up splitting a pitcher of beer and both had a Sun Devil Burger.The burger was juicy and you can never go wrong with a little bbq and bacon on a burger. Definitely a fun place to go with a group of friends for good food,drinks, and fun environment.

This place is cheap but food is gross/unsanitary. I got horribly sick after eating there. Not even to mention the service being terrible when I was there, even though there were only three other people in the entire place. Was excited to see the new spot where Blasted Barley used to be but couldn't be more disappointed. Place definitely needs new management or something.

I have been to Ted’s on multiple occasions and the service and drinks have been outstanding. The manager, Will the greatest bartender of all time, is always on point. Definitely recommend.

Love this location. There is so much to do! Outside and inside seating, pool tables, photo booth and more! Easy to get to and parking nearby. Food came out quick and our loaded fries and Sun Devil burger tasted AMAZING.

Tried their wings... Most filling part about entree was the carrot's & celery. Service was quick as far as food being placed on table followed by the check immediately.. afterwards never saw the server again. Won't last that long on mill.

Ted’s is a great spot to watch the game and have fun with friends! I am head-over-heels in love with their Sun Devil Burger! The special barbecue sauce and bacon are heaven. Ted’s has tons of room for your group and I like that the bar is two-sided with one section inside and the other is on the patio. We will definitely be back again and again.
